Player Guide & Rules
Tournament format, scoring guidance, player expectations, and course-care reminders.
Four-person scramble
Each player tees off, the team selects the best shot, and all players continue from that position until the ball is holed.
Tee assignments
Use the tee assignment printed on your player card unless tournament staff provides another assignment.
Minimum drives
Record at least two tee shots from each player during the round.
Mulligans
Use only the mulligans included with your registered team package. Mulligans cannot be used for contest shots.
Scorecard submission
Return one signed team scorecard to the scoring table immediately after completing play.
Pace of play
Keep pace with the group ahead, limit ball searches, and pick up when your team can no longer improve its score.
Tie breaking
Ties will be resolved by scorecard playoff beginning with the lowest back-nine score, then the lowest final-six and final-three scores.
Weather procedure
If play is suspended, stop play and follow tournament staff instructions. Return to the clubhouse when directed.
Player conduct
Treat fellow players, volunteers, sponsors, staff, and club guests with courtesy throughout the event.
Golf-course care
Repair ball marks, replace divots where requested, rake bunkers, and follow all cart-path and course signage.
